THE TRUST
On the 20th January 1997 the Charity Commissioners ordered the approval and establishment of a Scheme related to the Sale of land belonging to the Charity. The proceeds of sale were to be invested in trust for the Charity.
The Trustees are obliged to apply the clear income of the Charity in furtherance of any charitable purpose for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Ecclesiastical Parish of St Helen, St Helens including all or any of the following purposes:-
1. the provision and support of facilities for recreation and other leisure time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
2. the provision and support of educational facilities
3. the relief of sickness, the aged, the impotent and poor.
4. the advancement of religion
