The Wells team present the CWM and Sue Sinclair’s Prayer School. “We will experience dynamic praise, worship, teaching, empowerment and activation, all backed up with amazing testimonies of signs, wonders and miracles.”

Prayer school is for anyone from the complete beginner to those who have been praying for years.

Tuesdays 7th Feb to 13th March
7:30pm to 9:30pm

No charge, however an offering will be taken to cover costs.

: Praying in Victoria Square

On 1st December 2011, Christians in over 55 cities in nations around the world gathered to pray. The prayer initiative called 7:14 started as three cities last March. This December, on six continents, people gathered to seek God for their churches, communities and nations, as it says in 2 Chronicles 7:14: “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” (KJV)

In St Helens, over sixty Christians braved the cold and rain to meet in Victoria Square. Roman Catholics, Anglicans, Methodists, Baptists, United Reformed Church, Elim, Pentecostal, freechurch – all met to unite in prayer.

People in our communities are hurting. The Church must be united, vocal and visible. Full of compassion and love, ready to help and serve. 7:14 is about encouraging Christians to step out in unity.

A MULTI-CITY, SIMULTANEOUS, PUBLIC PRAYER EVENT

On December 1st, at the start of Advent, 32 cities in 8 different countries will unite for an hour of PUBLIC prayer for their nations.

In St. Helens, we will gather in Victoria Square, outside the Town Hall.

THE HOUR

7:14pm – 8:14pm

A POSSIBLE STRUCTURE FOR PRAYER IS BELOW.
7.14 – 7.30: Justice
7.30 – 7.45: The Economy
7:45 – 8.00: Healing of the UK
8.00 – 8.14: Revival

SIMULTANTEOUS ACTS OF CORPORATE WORSHIP:

7.14 – ALL raise voices and hands together in prayer
7.30 – ALL say The Lord’s Prayer
7.45 – ALL sing ‘Spirit Break Out’
8.00 – ALL kneel for one minute in silence / ALL rise and break bread together
8.14 – ALL sing ‘Amazing Grace’ to finish

Accelerating Community Engagement (ACE) day

A region wide training day, bringing together experts and beginners, including church members and church leaders.

The day aims to; strengthen your Biblical understanding, envisage potential opportunities, gain new tools, enhance your strategy, form helpful networks and much more.

9.30pm – 4pm at Liverpool Lighthouse

Cost for the day is £10 including lunch or £5 if you bring your own.
